SSHRC Partnerships Engage Grant for Natasha Tat!

Sending a big congratulations to Master's student Natasha Tat on receiving a SSHRC Partnerships Engage grant!

Natasha's MSc research project is “Virtual Reality for Cognitive Engagement and Social Interaction in Community-Based Settings for Aging Populations.”

Natasha is running her study right here at the UVic Institute of Aging and Lifelong Health and out in the community at the Monterey Rec Centre in Oak Bay. The SSHRC grant helped fund the necessary VR equipment and supplies as well as research assistant staff time, making this project possible!
